Responsibilities

The Certified Nurse Assistant is a non-licensed healthcare provider who under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse performs duties according to established Hospital policies.

Experience

Two years Certified Nursing Assistant experience in an acute care facility

Education

HS Diploma

Licensure

Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CT NA)

Certification in Basic Life Support (AHA approved). (CT CPRBLS)
