Saint Francis – Manchester is a non-profit Assisted Living Facility at 65 West Clopton St., Richmond.

We are seeking committed, detail oriented, compassionate, self-motivated and cheerful team members to join our work family and provide the below listed services. As a Registered Medication Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing medication administration and direct care support to our residents.

Full-time - - Registered Med Techs (RMAs)

Evenings (3 – 11 p.m.)

MUST Hold a current unrestricted Medication Aide Registration* through the Virginia Department of Health Professions*

Pay is as follows:

** 3-11 RATE: $19.25 = $17.25 / hour $2.00 / hour Evening Shift Differential

Thank You Incentive: $200 for Each Five Extra (beyond 10) 3-11 Shifts Worked per Pay Period

General Statement of Responsibilities: The principal responsibilities for Registered Med Techs are to accurately provide medication administration; appropriately provide personal care and supervision of residents; and must always promote a positive work environment.

Duties:
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures

Skills:
- Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of different medication systems
- Experience in acute care, assisted living, caregiving, or related fields
- Strong understanding of medical documentation and record-keeping practices
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
