Position Details
- Our focus is on serving our clients and protecting their homes and businesses.
- Our Customer Service professionals are excellent at building relationships and spend most of their day interacting with clients and our service technicians in the field via telephone, texting, and email.
- They also manage our technicians’ routes, communicate, and sell our service to prospective new clients, problem solve, assist with Accounts Receivable, and other administrative duties, as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience and a stable work history
- Some college
- Helpful, cheerful personality
- Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience at using MS Office, Internet/Email.
