The Operations Facilitator/Vehicle Coordinator in Rockland County performs a variety of tasks directed by the VP of Facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Operations Facilitator/ Vehicle Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining computerized vehicle logs, assigning pool vehicles as needed, coordination of vehicle maintenance, coordination of vehicle cleaning, maintaining vehicle chain of custody, coordination of vehicle incident and accident reports with insurance agency, coordination of Safety First Motorist Response program.
Education & Experience
A high school diploma is required, associate degree is preferred. Secretarial School Certificate a plus. Three years of related work is required.
