Description
SAIC is currently hiring for a Program Analyst in Fort Belvoir, VA.
Job Duties:
- Create, maintain, and/or improve processes and schedules
- Document current processes
- Assist with procurement tracking
- Collect and analyze customer’s data, taking into account various factors
- Work under the direction of their supervisor, receiving routine work and general instructions on new assignments
- Support other client specific technical and project documentation, including meeting minutes, documentation editing, and peer reviews
- Participate in team meetings, reviews, technical interchange meetings, integration events, test events, demonstrations, and other meetings as needed
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and six (6) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Required Security Clearance:
- DoD Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Required Skills:
- Strong IT working knowledge
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional proficiency in Microsoft Visio, including ability to generate Technical Drawings, diagrams, and flowcharts
- General familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint at user-level
- Focus on deliverables and timelines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good analytical and collaborative skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team and alone
- Existing experience with Microsoft Project and/or working within a PMO are highly preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in usual office working conditions, including sitting for long periods of time using a personal computer and some light physical effort
