Description

SAIC is looking for a Salesforce Developer to help us support Salesforce based projects at NASA. This vital role will help us expand several of NASA's capabilities leveraging the Salesforce Platform.
Job Description:

• As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining customized solutions using the Salesforce Platform
• Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com
• Utilizing object-oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions
• Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages
• Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader
• Using Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications
• Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint; Supporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience
• Years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Required Skills:

• 4 years of hands on experience on Sales/Service Cloud platform and integrations
• SFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, Lightning Web Components, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Flows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services
• Experience with GitLab
• Experience with SFDX
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology
• Prior experience in Project or program management
• Experience working with agile methodology
• Salesforce Certifications
• Understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design
