SAIC Career Site is Hiring an EDAP Mission Compliance Engineer Near CHANTILLY, VA

Description

SAIC is seeking a EDAP Mission Compliance Engineer to provide Systems Engineer Technical Advisor (SETA) services for a critical position the Landmark GSS program in Chantilly, VA.

Landmark GSS supports the NRO’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. 

 As a EDAP Mission Compliance Engineer, will be performing within the Enterprise Data Applications and Platforms (EDAP) group by delivering enterprise solutions for data-centric and service-centric capabilities to empower our customer's most important development, test, and operations activities.

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Writing the Statement of Work for an upcoming major system acquisition
  • Defining proposal acceptance criteria, monitoring developer’s cost, schedule, and performance during execution, reviewing CDRLs, and providing innovative acquisition recommendations to solve challenging issues with the optimal courses of actions
  • Overseeing Task Order execution on large IDIQs developing enterprise software and services and delivering platforms and frameworks on which they ride
  • Advising Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) on developer performance through cost, schedule, and performance analysis and evaluation
  • Translating Agile solution epics into system requirements and decomposing high-level artifacts into achievable program epics for developer release planning
  • Identifying risks and providing unique courses of action to solve complex technical problems

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly
  • More than five years of experience in Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA), acquisition, and with the Intelligence Community
  • Demonstrated ability to work well and seamlessly with other government and contractors in a challenging work environment
  • Familiarity with SIGINT compliance standards and associated training requirements
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
