**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to oversee our automotive service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and lead a team of service advisors and technicians - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify vehicle problems and recommend appropriate services - Manage service writing and upselling of additional services or products - Oversee tire services, automotive repairs, shocks/struts replacements, and other mechanical tasks - Maintain inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies **Requirements:** - Proven experience in auto service management with a strong background in automotive repair - Proficiency in automotive sales techniques and upselling strategies - Excellent mechanical knowledge to guide technicians effectively - Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and performance.
