- Provides spa guests with a comfortable and relaxing spa experience while ensuring the utmost safety for our guests.
- Performs various massage protocols, practical/signature services, including deep pressure, hot stone, seated massage.
- Completes services promptly in the time allotted while maintaining professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas in Spa with focus on, equipment, treatment rooms, dispensary, and service areas as required by state board guidelines
- Attend all meetings and training's required
- Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction of product waste
- Restock any professional stock and/or linens as needed
- Be knowledgeable with Spa, F&B, and Hotel offerings
- Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Performs all other job related duties as requested
- Current State Massage License is required
- Able to perform massage in an outdoor environment
- Minimum one (1) year experience in Massage Therapy
- Experience in a Luxury Casino Hotel/Resort preferred
- Must have effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, guest service, and attention to detail
- Flexible with schedule and able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays
