Behavioral Health Billing Manager

Qualifications ·

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Billing Manager (Must have 5 years experience) to join our clinic/facility·

Experience as a Billing Manager in a psychiatric clinic/facility, with expertise in NextGen and Eclinical Works ECW software.·

Someone who is knowledgeable with ICD-10 Codes for Psychiatric and Primary Care Services.·

In-depth knowledge with billing procedures, coding systems and insurance regulations.· Strong analytical skills and attention to details to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.· Nextgen EHR: 2 years (Required)·

Eclinical Works ECW EHR: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities ·

As a Behavioral Health Billing Manager, you will ensure accurate and timely billing processes, while managing the overall revenue cycle of the clinic/facility.·

Oversee and manage, claims submissions, payment posting and denials.·

Ensure compliance with billing regulations and guidelines.·

Review and analyze billing reports.·

Ensure that all claims are submitted within one business day after date of services.·

Be able to reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,798.92 - $65,000.00 per year
