**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Process Engineering Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various processing tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

**Responsibilities:**

· File all closed quotes

· Upload all quote documentation into the storage vault under proper customer.

· Monitor and order all office supplies

· Answering phones

· Support the Program Manager

· Support Process Engineering

· Support the Quality Manager

· Review and Balloon Drawings

· Balloon Drawings

· Create In Process Inspection Sheets (IPIS)

. Close jobs in ERP

. Assist Accounting

. Reporting, scanning & filing quotes

· May also have additional responsibilities.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in Excel

- Office Experience

- General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills.

- Verbal Communication, Written Communication

- Dependability

- Attention to Detail.
