This position is a hybrid role. (3 days in our Lawrenceville office)

- Serve as frontline technical resource for Sage customers
- Will demonstrate strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Will identify the root cause of the customers software or system issues
- 1 years experience with reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, PowerBI, Qlik)
- 1 years experience with troubleshooting SQL, functions and Calculations reports
- Have an understanding of how to add/remove columns, sorting, grouping, apply filter in the report
