As a floor nurse at Sage Oak, you'll have the chance to lead by example and help create a positive and nurturing environment for our residents.

Position Overview:

As a Floor Nurse at Sage Oak Denton, you'll have the opportunity to build personal and intimate relationships with our residents while providing hands-on care and nursing duties. This is a dynamic role where you'll be involved in assisting with care, addressing resident and family concerns, managing and coordinating care plans, and providing leadership to our care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing compassionate care and support to residents
• Assisting with nursing duties and medication management
• Addressing resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinating and managing care plans to ensure optimal resident well-being
• Providing leadership and guidance to our care staff
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
