We're currently seeking a Night Nurse Supervisor to join our team. This position offers a unique schedule of four 10-hour shifts, Thursday through Sunday, from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. As a Night Nurse Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our residents and staff from a clinical perspective during the overnight hours.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct nursing care and overseeing the clinical needs of our residents
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff during the night shift
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a high standard of care
- Handling any emergencies or urgent situations that may arise
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role and possess strong clinical skills. You must be a licensed nurse (LVN or RN) in the state of Texas and have a passion for providing compassionate care to seniors. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential, as you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our overnight staff.
