Coordinate with Sales and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 1. Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly. 2. Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service 3. Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment is in working condition. 4. Collaborate on buffet set up, drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed. 5. Organize work area and storage area 6. Provide a high level of professional customer service at all times. 7. Provide set up, service and tear down of each scheduled event. 8. Respond promptly and courteously to requests 9. Must be able to carry a full tray of 6-8 plates with food on them. 10. Carry trays with multiple drinks on it. 11. Coordinate with Sales and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel. 12. Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests 13. Must have flexible work schedule to cover AM & PM events, and weekend events when booked.
