ABOUT THIS ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE JOB
This full-time position features a structured 4-10's work schedule, providing a balance between professional commitment and personal well-being.
As a key member of Sage Electric Solutions, your role as an Electrical Apprentice will involve assisting electricians with diverse tasks, including installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Engage in on-the-job training, honing your skills in electricity, and actively contribute to projects in the oil, gas, and mining industries. Your work will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality of electrical systems in challenging environments.
Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant coursework or vocational training in Electrical Technology or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as an Electrician Apprentice
- Skills in electricity and electrical work, maintenance & repair, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles
- Ability to understand and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Preferred certifications: OSHA 10-hour, MSHA, Safeland/PEC, and First Aid/CPR.
