What you'll do :

• Ensure that our clients’ catering expectations are met and exceeded through impeccable organization and flawless execution at every event.
• Properly set up a buffet or serving station, and lift and carry heavy equipment, trays, and dishes.
• Practice food safety, sanitation practices, and procedures.
• Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
• Clean all work areas and guest service areas on an ongoing basis.
• Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
• Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.

What you'll need :

• Ability to set guest tables with uniform formal place settings.
• Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.
• Professional appearance and attitude to represent the Team positively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with SAGE Team Members and guests.
• Flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
