SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced lead cook for a private school in Sheridan, OR. Do you have a passion for cooking and leading a team?
Do you want to work in a rewarding and stimulating environment? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you! This is truly a culinary position;
our meals are made from scratch daily for our community and you will also be expected to create and execute menus that are nutritious, delicious, and appealing to our students, staff, and visitors.
Schedule :
- Monday - Sunday varied shifts
- Occasional evening and catering events
- Steady work schedule

- Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.
- Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
- Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
What you'll need :
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
- Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
