Safford Brown Nissan Sterling is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to work directly with our team to provide customers with expert advice on buying or leasing vehicles through our tailored financing programs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer facing role, a steady work history, and will enjoy many advantages including comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for professional growth.
Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities:
● Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
● Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of used vehicle makes and models
● Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources
● Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
● Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
● Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales
● Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
● Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
● Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
● Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Automotive Sales Associate Requirements:
● Sales experience a plus but not required- We will train!
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor
● Excellent time management and organizational abilities
● Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
