SAFEWAZE – SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our team that will support Safewaze overall growth strategy and development by maintaining goodwill between our organization and its customers. This role will support customers, both internal and external, by supporting the Sales team's efforts.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Assist the Sales Support Lead with various support tasks.
• Generate sales and product reporting.
• Facilitate product field trials and tracking feedback.
• General product communication and answering questions.
• General product training via AI voiceover.
• Maintain confidentiality with customers, company, and program initiatives.
• Conversion analysis.
• Cross functional support with Canopy Brands.
• Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments in the company.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role or equivalent.; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and track details in a dynamic environment.
• Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,500.00 per year
