```Duties:```

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with meat selection
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat carving station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of the meat products
- maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meat orders

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in meat carving or similar roles, is preferred
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic math for calculating portion sizes and prices
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Ability to handle and carve meat safely, following proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and willingness to maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Sales skills to promote additional products or specials to customers
