This opportunity is in the Account Services Department.

Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services department facilitates the processes between Claims, Underwriting, and our brokers.

Ranging from rating services to audits to operational guidance, the available career opportunities are abundant with varying levels of specialty.

Role Description :

In the role of Policy Services Assistant you will be responsible for providing customer support for the Account Services Department including, but not limited to, assisting callers via phone interactions, distributing documents to customers, and producing state required posting notices.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Policy Services Assistant will include :

• Assisting Account Services Department in maintaining established customer services standards by responding to requests in a timely manner
• Monitoring, prioritizing, and timely routing of policy transaction and service related requests, recording applicable information into a database record
• Distributing policy transactional documents to appropriate parties and logs in applicable systems
• Monitoring and ordering department supplies and paper stock for state poster notices

Qualifications : Education :

Education :

High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree or 1-2 years office experience preferred

Required Qualifications :

• Ability to prioritize, switch tasks, be a self-starter, and take direction from many sources
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple items simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in Microsoft Suite preferred

The target salary range for this position is $39,000 to $55,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
