JOB SUMMARY:

Assists in establishing, implementing and maintaining Spa Boutique and Signature Shop operating procedures to ensure consistency of quality and efficiency in operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepares purchase orders and approves requisition of required supplies.

2. Attends required staff meetings. Works closely with spa hospitality staff and spa providers to maximize sales process for spa products transactions.

3. Possesses thorough knowledge of products in shop and proactive in acquiring information from spa resources to increase sales effectiveness.

4. Orders special promotional items as required or requested for the Sales Dept.

5. Shops competitors to ensure merchandise is consistent with targeted markets.

6. Markets the Spa Boutique and Signature Shop.

7. Organizes, performs and assimilates monthly inventory.

8. Keep informed of new products.

9. Maintains thoroughness with stocking, pricing and merchandising of retail outlet.

10. Responsible for cleanliness and organization of all retail.

11. Servicing guests needs professionally with superior product knowledge and follow through after the sale.

12. Greets and assists guests with selections and purchases in a professional manner; assists guests with special requests.

13. Knowledgeable in ordering, invoices and inventory, pricing and merchandising.

14. Build working relationships with vendors.

15. Set up seasonal displays.

16. Create flyers and ads for spa promotions
