Salary Range: $16 to $21 hourly plus commission

Full Time: 40 hrs

Job Summary: Join the dynamic sales team at SafeNest Coffee! As an entry-level sales, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, using a mix of innovative tools and your unique skills to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves engaging with both new and existing customers through inbound and outbound sales initiatives, helping to expand the reach and impact of SafeNest Coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and delivering compelling sales presentations.
Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, providing an outstanding shopping experience on safenestcoffee.org through expert product knowledge and exceptional service.
Engage in proactive follow-ups, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in order completion.
Respond swiftly and effectively to customer requests, ensuring a seamless service experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling, and enhancing customer purchases with additional SafeNest Coffee products.
Maintain and organize sales areas and databases, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all sales-related activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Associate's degree required, Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
Exceptional communication abilities, including active listening and effective telephone and email correspondence.
Proficiency in documenting customer interactions and managing follow-ups.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions
Working independently with a high level of accountability is a must.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of B2B and/or B2C experience desired.
Demonstrate customer service skills and attention to detail.
