- Ensure that programs are evidence-based and trauma-informed, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field.
- Training Coordination:
- Organize and facilitate internal training sessions for staff, volunteers, and stakeholders on relevant topics, fostering a culture of awareness and sensitivity.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as schools, community organizations, and law enforcement agencies, to provide training to a wider audience, including adults and youth.
- Customize training content to suit the needs and backgrounds of different target groups.
- Outreach and Awareness:
- Develop strategies to raise awareness about domestic and sexual violence, healthy relationships, and trauma-informed care within the community.
- Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, seminars, and youth advocacy conference to engage the public and promote prevention efforts.
- Collaborate with media outlets and influencers to amplify the organization's message and reach a broader audience.
- Evaluation and Reporting:

- Budget and Resource Management:

- Supervision and Team Development:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, education, public health).
- Proven experience in program development, implementation, and management, preferably in the field of domestic violence or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of healthy relationship dynamics, poly-victimization including child abuse, mental health, substance abuse, vicarious trauma, trauma-informed care, domestic and sexual violence prevention, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Commitment to social justice and the mission of the organization.
