**SCOPE**

The Site Operations Attendant will provide excellent customer service to the park's guests. Assist and ensures that customers are satisfied with the products and services. The Site Operations Attendant will need to be mechanically inclined to perform light repairs on mobility and locker equipment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Assist park guests renting lockers or mobility equipment by providing product information, answering questions, and responding to complaints

* Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

* Troubleshoots minor operational issues with the lockers

* Assists with the repairs and maintenance of the mobility equipment

* Maintains a clean and orderly area around locker locations

* Performs other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Preferred experience in equipment service or maintenance

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products

* Mechanically inclined and oriented

* Effective written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

* Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or holidays

* Exhibits a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
