What you'll do:

• Install and maintain production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery
• Assist other technicians with maintenance tasks
• Work collaboratively with other departments to solve problems
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Manage small equipment upgrade projects

Who you are:

• Experience in an industrial environment or military preferred
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment a plus
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle off-shift and rotating schedules
• Experience with PLC controls, lifting equipment, and basic mechanics

Bonus points for:

• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance
• Welding skills
• Proficiency with machine shop tools
• Reading and understanding electrical schematics
• PLC programming experience
