In this critical leadership role, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and overseeing a team of Case Managers and Social Workers.
• Ensuring quality patient care through effective utilization management, case management, and discharge planning.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders like the CFO and Quality Department to develop and implement quality improvement programs.
• Providing leadership and support to your team members, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to excel.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to all relevant guidelines.

To be a strong fit for this role, you'll need:

• RN License: Must be a graduate of a Registered Nursing program and have a current RN license in the state of Iowa (or a multi-state license allowing work in Iowa).
• Case Management Expertise: Minimum of two years of experience in case management, utilization management, discharge planning, or a similar cost/quality management program.
• Leadership Experience: Two to three years of previous management experience, preferably in a hospital setting, is a plus.
• Collaboration and Communication: Proven ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals at all levels.
• Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated, assertive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
