You must live in Orange County, CA to be considered for this position.

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and client invoicing.

Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Prepare and issue invoices for our clients.
• Contractor & Employee Management: Process contractor invoices and employee timesheets (collected weekly) for accurate payroll processing.
• Financial Reporting: Generate periodic reports using Microsoft Word, PDF, and Excel.
• General Ledger (Plus): Maintain the general ledger using QuickBooks Desktop (experience a must).
• Payroll Processing: Experience with Paychex payroll processing is a must.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PDF, and Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Experience with Paychex payroll processing.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
