Safe Vision Family Program is seeking a dedicated Creole-speaking Youth Clinical Worker to join our team in Manhattan and Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and families from diverse backgrounds, particularly those who speak Creole.
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement programs and activities to engage youth in positive and constructive ways
- Provide guidance and mentorship to youth facing challenges or difficult situations
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Monitor and document progress and behaviors of youth under care
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for youth
- Offer emotional support and crisis intervention when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
- Fluency in Creole and English
- Experience working with youth and families in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of community resources and services in Manhattan and Bronx, NY
