Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and employee scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

-Work well with a wide variety of volunteers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee morale
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and control expenses, including payroll and operational costs
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve store goals

Skills:
- Strong budgeting and price management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in sales or retail management preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processes and employee orientation procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on trends

Pay: $32,160.00 - $40,200.00 per year
