Safe Home Care is Hiring a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Near Toledo, OH
We are looking for compassionate nurses to assist clients and their families by administering medication, dressing wounds, and monitoring the healing process. The level of care required by the clients varies according to their injury, age, or illness.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients residences
- Regularly implements patient's care plan
- Provides nursing services, treatments and preventative procedures as assigned
- Teaches and counsels patient and family regarding nursing care
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services
Skills
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed in the state of Ohio
- Proven working experience
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
- Current CPR
- Valid driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
