We are actively seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

**As our Customer Service Representative, youll make an impact by:**

* Processing orders from inception through shipment and invoicing. Handling correspondences and fulfilling customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

* Managing a high volume of customer contacts and communications through phone and email each day.

* Developing an advanced level of product knowledge to speak intelligently to customers and successfully address specific objections.

* Effectively capturing customers product expectations, experiences, satisfaction and likelihood of abandonment.

**What you need to succeed:**

* High school diploma.

* 3-5 years customer service experience.

* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Google Docs and Adobe.

* Excellent organization and time management skills, effectively using level of independent judgement to prioritize tasks.
