Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential facility. The House Manager will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with autism, and those requiring hospice care. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, social work, and direct support.

Duties:

-Must have excellent communication skills
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
- Create and implement individualized care plans for each resident
- Coordinate and oversee recreational activities and outings for residents
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff members

Experience:
- Previous experience in senior care, caregiving, or direct support is required
- Knowledge of working with individuals with autism is preferred
- Familiarity with hospice care is a plus
- Strong understanding of social work principles and practices
