Looking to hire full time Registered Dental Assistant to join our team (ASAP). Our office is privately owned and growing. We are looking for a full time Spanish speaking RDA who is a team player and can help our team give the patients a positive experience. Ability to assist in pedo and adult treatment required, Open Dental experience is a plus!

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Assist doctor with strong chairside assistance, thinking ahead for what is needed.
- Take, develop, and mount X-rays.
- Take impressions of dentures for dental appliances.
- Perform procedures to compile with infection control policies and prepare operatories for patient treatment.
- Accurately and completely report and document status, care rendered, response to care, provider orders, contacts with patient and/or other healthcare providers.
- Maintain patient follow up procedures.
- Assist front desk staff when needed.
- Complete all direct and indirect care documentation in a timely manner and ensure patient records are current and complete.
- Attend daily patient care huddles and periodic informational huddles, meetings, patient conferences, or planning sessions.
- Maintain all licensure and/or certification requirements for continuing education and best practices.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Current RDA
- 2 years dental assisting in fast pace pedo office
- Experience with OpenDental software
- Plus if you have experience in front office and/or treatment coordinating
Languages:
- Both English Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
