Salary: $18.50 per hour

A Day in the Life at Sacred Society:

  • Creating a world class customer experience with each and every customer who enters our space
  • Handling all booking needs for our practitioners and their unique modalities
  • Providing thorough tours of the space and explanations of all services that we offer
  • Knowledge of all menu items to educate customers
  • Cash handling, running point of sale, using our online booking system to charge customers
  • Proficient at our online booking system, answering the phone, responding to emails, responding to social media inquiries
  • Cleaning practitioner rooms, tables, floors, bathrooms, etc
  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
  • Ensure that all services, experiences, and products match the brand standards
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Professional Growth & Development

Responsibilities: As you grow into your position, and the business also grows and develops, there will be opportunities to take on a broader range of responsibilities that further your professional development.

Financial: By taking on and mastering additional responsibilities, you will gain the opportunity to increase your wage as well. Formal reviews occur quarterly and annually, and through review of your skills and attributes, raises can be earned.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • ​​Customer Service experience = 1 year
  • Hospitality experience = 1 year
  • Working knowledge of healing modalities, booking systems, and hospitality
  • Operational knowledge of booking systems, Google Workspace, (docs, sheets, Gmail), Microsoft Suite, and social media platforms
  • Bias and Harassment training (Company provided if not already certified)
  • Be able to communicate respectfully and effectively with those around you
  • The stamina to work 20 hours per week – 100% on-site environment
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift as much as 50 pounds
  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting preferred
  • Proven customer service experience and a strong guest-focused mentality
