This position is for special events during the spring and summer months only, May to October. Will require the ability to travel to Red Lodge for 3 days - Lodging provided. This will be a very fast paced and physically demanding position as you will be required to assist with the set up and tear down of the Coffee Service Counter at each event.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and preparing food items
- Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move a short distance.

- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations in the food industry

Note: Prior experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service.
