Position: Veterinary Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients using our scheduling software.
- Greet clients warmly and provide assistance upon their arrival.
- Check-in and check-out patients, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
- Prior receptionist experience is required.
- Experience with handling multiple phone lines on a multi-line phone system.
- Dependable and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Wednesday and weekends off
