Sacopee Veterinary Clinic is Hiring a Veterinarian Near Cornish, ME

We are seeking an enthusiastic Veterinarian to join our busy, privately owned practice. We believe in a good work-life balance and have a 4 day work week. One day of surgery would be required. You would have weekends off, and there are no after hours or on-call hours. We are a well established, small animal clinic with over 30 years in our community. If you love the outdoors, our community has many hiking trails, lots of lakes and ponds to explore, and we are close to great skiing. We have a great clientele and a wonderful, knowledgeable support staff who provide excellent support to let you focus on your patient.

We provide routine appointments for general well being and vaccinations, and have dedicated “same day sick” appointments for pets needing a little more attention. We perform general soft tissue surgery and dentistries. For our in-house blood work we have Idexx equipment, and have digital radiology for both routine and dental radiographs. We also offer point of care ultrasound, cryotherapy, Tonovet and laser therapy.

New to VetMed? We have a Doctor with over 20 years experience who would love to mentor you. We are strong believers in continuing education, many opportunities to go to conferences, seminars, and online learning will be available.

We offer a competitive salary, paid time off, company matched retirement plan, CE allowance, professional liability, health insurance, and licensure and membership fees.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be a team player, and practice high quality medicine.
