**Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN to join our interdisciplinary team. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals undergoing trauma and addiction recovery treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting wellness and healing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, documenting observations and interventions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding recovery, self-care, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to treatment planning and case management.
- Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met with dignity and respect.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona.
- Nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric or addiction treatment settings.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles is a plus.
