We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
Duties:
- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
- Manage workers compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Utilise HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent for open positions within the organisation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, post job openings, and screen candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
