S3 Connections Pvt Ltd is Hiring a Healthcare Recruiter Near Bethesda, MD

Supervisory Responsibilities:

1. Handles initial screening and application process of healthcare professionals in accordance with company

policy.

2. Manages all submissions of candidates into clients database/s.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Make prospecting contacts and follow up on all leads

2. Build a network pipeline of healthcare professionals

3. Qualify health care professionals by reviewing experience and confirming licenses and certifications

4. Conduct virtual interviews-discuss general job opportunities

5. Obtaining and verifying completed application

6. Conduct reference checks on qualified candidates

7. Assign appropriate checklists, testing, compliance items that are required

8. Creating profile for healthcare professional that gets submitted to clients.

9. Gain employee’s interest in contract/s and create pay packages based on desired location/s.

10. Submit healthcare professionals to clients based on their current or potential needs through email or client

specific database

11. Document submittal into clients Healthcare database

12. Additional duties as assigned by management

Work Environment:

1. Hard working environment with a work hard/ play hard mentality

3. Maintain personal schedule during core business hours 8am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday.

Education and Experience:

1. High School diploma required, college degree or some college with concentration in communications,

business, or related field preferred.

2. Past recruiting experience preferred.

3. Past proven competency working on multiple databases and/or computer software.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is required at times to our corporate location and/or satellite locations if not at corporate office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,216.91 - $59,271.98 per year
