Kinaxis Supply planning

• As part of Digital Supply Chain Planning team, this role is accountable for Leading the team implementing and supporting the new Planning Kinaxis RapidResponse platform
• In addition, this role supports all the processes and additional tools/interfaces within Supply Planning capabilities
• Supply Network planning, Strategic Materials planning, Supply Network scheduling (MRP, DRP, MPS), Detail production Scheduling and Inventory optimization

Direct Responsibilities For This Role Include

• Delivery Leadership: Lead delivery of Planning solutions / implementations (combination of projects / programs) for Supply planning capabilities (including Supply Network planning, Strategic Materials planning, Supply Network scheduling (MRP, DRP, MPS), Detail production Scheduling and Inventory optimization).
• Provide technology-oriented approach to Solutions offered, putting forward best use cases that would maximize IT Investment in the domain concerned.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Business Partners, Global Process Owners, Program Leaderships, Business Leaders / SMEs, System Integration Partners, Product Vendors and other DTS technology teams to drive the overall value-based delivery and engagement.

People Management

• Experience leading and managing a team, setting up priorities and assignment of tasks, defining career road map for the team, managing day to day activities and guiding team as in when needed to accomplish delivery milestones and cut down the associated risks

Project Management

• Manage projects under Supply Planning capabilities based on the scope, budget, and timelines.
• Track and drive the projects with focus on quality and following project delivery methodology (cycle).

Technical Expertise

• Manage and Implement business requirements specifications to Define, Build, Configure, Document, Test, and Deliver K-C Demand Planning processes within Kinaxis RapidResponse platform, (Scope includes tool interfaces understanding among S4/HANA, SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)
• Vendor / Implementation partner management: Work with implementation partner / vendor along with the in-house team.
• Establish strong relationship with the delivery partners to implement the solution, in a multi-vendor ecosystem.

Communication And Reporting

• Effective and excellent communication with the leadership and within the team.
• Timely and accurate publishing of the delivery related PMO reports for wider audience.
• Diversified collaboration: Work closely with Process owners of the respective Supply Planning capability, SMEs, technical architects and other geographically spread team members.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, business, engineering, or related discipline
• Overall, 10-15 Years of Supply Chain experience implementing global APS tools with deep expertise in Supply Planning capabilities
• Supply Network planning, Strategic Materials planning, Supply Network scheduling (MRP, DRP, MPS), Detail production Scheduling and Inventory optimization Proven Delivery, Team Leadership, and project management skills in the past.
• Broad, functional knowledge, and systems integration, across SAP ECC / S4 / APS landscape Specific experience in S/4 Transformation and / or Migration Journey(ies) involving Supply Planning Implementation, is expected
• Ability to work and to manage a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
• Ability to provide functional direction to others directly on the project team made up from cross functional areas.
• Suitable time management and organizational skills
• ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines Excellent stakeholder management & good communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills must be a constructive challenger/assertive

Desired Skills / Expertise

• 3 years of experience in Kinaxis tool with hands-on experience in Supply Planning Capabilities.
• At least one Project implementation, Enhancement, and/or POC experience Formal training & certification in Kinaxis RapidResponse platform.
