S & Y Family Dental Woburn is Hiring a Dental Receptionist ( Speaks Spanish or Portuguese, customer service experience) Near Woburn, MA

If you have no experience in Dental field , We will train and educate the right candidates.

Our friendly dental practice is looking for a candidate with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to support our office team.

Our ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills.

We’re a close-knit office team that likes to have fun and emphasizes teamwork and a healthy work-life balance. This is a full-time in-person position. If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly, help them fill out forms, and advise them of office policies and patient care procedures
  • Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments and make reminder phone calls
  • Calculate fees, coordinate financial agreements, and process payments including cash and credit card transactions
