Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction

- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items

- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a cash register

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area/bar area

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a bar/lounge or customer service role is preferred

- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service

- Basic math skills for order taking and processing payments

- Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus

- Excellent time management to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision

- Willingness to assist team members to ensure smooth operations

- Strong focus on guest services to create a positive dining experience

- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell when appropriate

- Proficient in cash handling procedures
