Server

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments and operate cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards

Skills:
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and increase revenue
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide help when needed
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and hospitality standards
- Experience operating a cash register or handling financial transactions
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
