We are looking for a steady, highly qualified Inventory Supervisor for our White Plains, NY location. In this role, you will contribute to the branch’s success by managing and controlling inventory, ensuring accurate cycle counts, troubleshooting our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and receiving trucks from vendors.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

· Serve as a primary point person for our Warehouse Management System (WMS)

· Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate levels of materials.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory related issues / concerns.

· Coordinate with purchasing and vendors to verify the accuracy of incoming shipments, including accurate quantities of products received.

· Ability to organize the Warehouse and provide directions on material location.

Requirements for the role:

· Detail oriented, with the ability to thoroughly research, analyze and develop solutions.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent verbal / written communication skills

· Previous work experience in a relevant field
