Automotive BDC Manager Responsibilities

A BDC Representative (Business Development Center) provides solutions to dealership staff who need support for a variety of products, processes, and issues. Here are some key responsibilities for this role:

• Handling Inquiries: BDC representatives handle Internet leads and inbound phone calls related to Internet inquiries. They communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text.
• Appointment Scheduling: They schedule appointments for prospects through Internet Sales or Business Development Managers.
• Product Knowledge: BDC representatives maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership policies, products, and procedures.
• Qualifications:
• Desired Skills: Proficiency in internet usage, dealership products and services, dealership management systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing activities
• Out Bound phone calls:

Automotive BDC Manager Requirements:

• 2 Years Automotive Sales/BDC Experience REQUIRED
• Valid Driver's License
