AT A GLANCE:

• Our specialists earn an hourly base pay of $50.00 This role is a full-time, entry to mid-level retail sales role, focusing on providing entertainment services for artists, such as signing record deals, housing, gig sign ups and more plus products in the communications and entertainment technology space.
• We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
• Our Retail Sales Specialists are organized, digitally savvy communicators with a competitive spirit eager to learn and grow. A results-driven achiever comfortable in a busy retail sales environment. Wireless sales experience preferred.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demo
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunitie
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using a cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively upsell and promote products
- Knowledge of music, electronics, or technology sales is a plus
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
