We are looking for a retail manager to support our East Petersburg Store leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store business ensuring efficient store operations, executing effective merchandising strategy, maintaining productivity, product quality, customer service standards, and focusing on staff development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) and/or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of retail food management experience
• 5 years of retail operations experience
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven successful experience as a retail manger
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 30 pounds required.
• Ability to move product on and off store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required.
• ServSafe certification preferred
